first time i heard this obs mini-album i instantly had reminiscences of fusion-jazz drums, and kraftwerkian type drum-and-voice rigidity. although this is a very electronical work, it grows from the amelodic sounds made by those voices, typewriters and white noise to a third and final track called "the other revolution" that presents us with a beautiful yet simple synth-melody that gives us the mote for what obs can do in the future. this work is clearly a statement of this artist's talent, either by the strong snare drums, the noises in between or the addicting synth-melodies... we will surely wait for obsolète broadcast système's other revolution.
